Zach Koff

Zach Koff is the President of Daily Provisions. Union Square Hospitality Group’s all-day neighborhood kitchen. As President of Daily Provisions, Koff works closely with USHG CEO Chip Wade, USHG Founder & Executive Chairman Danny Meyer, and the Daily Provisions leadership team, focusing on operational excellence, innovation, community investment, and strategic early-stage growth, in order to expand the reach of Daily Provisions’ beloved nostalgic dishes.

Zach was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of Shake Shack. In his 13 year tenure, growing from a Director of Operations to its first Chief Operating Officer, Zach developed systems, culture, and structure as the company grew from 4 locations to nearly 500, and played a key role in ensuring great business performance as it went from a private to a public company.Prior to Shake Shack, Koff worked for the Bravo/Brio Restaurant Company, opening and operating its full-service restaurants in 5 markets. He is a graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, and during his time there, was an intern for USHG at Tabla.
