Rachel Kornafel

Rachel oversees marketing across USHG’s portfolio of full-service restaurants, Daily Provisions, and its Hospitality Advisory Group, Hospitality Quotient. Collaborating closely with CEO Chip Wade and Founder & Executive Chairman Danny Meyer, she plays a vital role in shaping USHG’s brands, enhancing guest engagement, and driving revenue growth.

With 15 years of experience at top global advertising agencies such as Droga5 and 72andSunny in NYC, as well as BBH in Singapore, Rachel shifted her focus to the restaurant industry in December 2019, joining Boqueria, a Spanish tapas chain, as VP of Marketing. There, she revitalized the company’s off-site dining operations, helping the business weather the pandemic, while later leading its successful expansion into new markets and scaling marketing operations—all while preserving the brand’s core identity.
